Escultura en bronce a partir de un elemento natural, un hongo de tronco de la familia Coriolaceae.
A partir de tres ejemplares de este tipo de hongo encontrado en el área de Barcelona, se han extraído las piezas en bronce, sin realizar ningún tipo de modificación sobre los originales. La intención es captar las irregularidades y texturas propias de este elemento natural y exaltarlas a través del brillo propio del bronce.
Apreciando estos elementos que pueden pasar desapercibidos y hacerlos llamativos como una joya.
Sculpture in bronze from a natural element, a trunk fungus of the Coriolaceae family.
From three copies of this type of fungus found in the Barcelona area, the pieces have been extracted in bronze, without making any kind of modification on the originals. The intention is to capture the irregularities and textures of this natural element and exalt them through the brightness of bronze. Appreciating these elements that can go unnoticed and make them striking as a jewel.
